The Telluride Yoga Festival will take place June 27-30 and will feature nearly 150 yoga events, plus opportunities to get off the mat and explore the natural world.
Now in it 12th year, the festival is expected to attract over 1,000 attendees in downtown Telluride. Offerings include yoga, music, meditation, wellness, hiking, biking, climbing, stand-up paddleboard yoga, inspirational talks and a free kids’ yoga zone.
“It’s pretty incredible to bear witness to the amazing energy, transformation and connection that transpires each weekend when we all come together for this event,” says Erika Henschel, Festival director and co-owner. With its continued growth, the festival moved its date to the end of June to expand outdoor offerings.
“One of the things that makes our festival stand out among other yoga events is the charm and beauty of Telluride and our mountains,” Henschel said. The festival features over 40 presenters including internationally renowned yoga teachers MC YOGI, Gina Caputo, Ashleigh Sergeant, Amy Ippoliti, Eion Finn, Kia Miller, Tommy Rosen, Tymi Howard, Scott Blossom and Beryl Bender Birch.
The festival will be centralized in downtown Telluride at the Telluride High School with three indoor venues, four outdoor-tented venues, open-air classes, free community events and a yogi marketplace where vendors will be selling food, apparel and jewelry. Four-day, three-day, Thursday immersion passes and specialty class tickets are available and class registration is now open. On June 27, teachers Gina Caputo, Eion Finn, Scott Blossom, and Kia Miller and Tommy Rosen will offer half-day immersions that will allow attendees to dive deeper with these beloved teachers. Additional ticket options, including single-day and local passes will be available closer to the event on a space-available basis.
