Cortez Knights of Columbus Council 4209 have awarded the Knights Memorial Scholarship for this year to Emily Lora Harris.
Emily is a 2013 graduate of Dolores High School and is currently planning to study graphic design at Mesa University in Grand Junction. A check for $1,000 will be sent, and the funds will be made available to Emily for payment toward tuition and fees, books and supplies, meals and any other legitimate school related expenses.
