Colorado Outdoor Business Alliance will host “Securing Our Water Future: What’s Next with the Colorado Water Plan?” from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at 4Corners Riversports, 360 South Camino del Rio, No. 100. Local business owners, farmers, scientists and water managers will discuss innovative water conservation projects that curb water use and build drought resilience.
Panelists will include Celene Hawkins with The Nature Conservancy and Colorado Water Conservation Board, Marcie Bidwell with Mountain Studies Institute and a Ute Mountain Ute tribal representative.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. Food and drinks will be provided.
