Former Olympic gold medalist Lindsey Vonn crashed today while training run at Copper Mountain Ski Resort. Ski Racing Magazine first reported the accident.
While the extent of Vonn’s injury is unknown at the time, it has been reported that she will undergo an MRI on an injured knee this afternoon.
The injury comes at a bad time for Vonn, who, after tearing ligaments in her right knee last February, resumed training last week in advance of the Winter Olympics in Sochi.
