If anyone has had their head in a complete hole the last two years, West Fork Gallery (a prominent landmark in Dolores for the last 17 years) opened a coffee and wine bar a little over two years ago.
The Journal story (Oct. 29) not only defers business from Karma Coffee, stating that “Dolores has been sorely missing a bona fide coffee shop for years.”
It is extremely sad to me to come back to my hometown and read this article when West Fork Gallery and all the measures its owner has taken to perfect the business is going unnoticed with not being the “bona fide” coffee shop Dolores so desperately needed.
