The Town of Mancos will hold its annual community holiday dinner Dec. 13. The public is invited to come share the meal together at the Mancos Community Center at 130 Grand Ave. from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The town staff and board members will be serving a traditional holiday turkey, ham and all the trimmings. This year, the town's staff expects 170 to 250 people to attend.
"It's a way to say thank you to the community," said Leslie Hopkins the parks and recreation coordinator. Volunteers are still needed to help clean up afterward, and your help would be greatly appreciated.
