Mancos eateries cope with coronavirus

Businesses focus on new hours, takeout and sanitation
The coronavirus pandemic has forced restaurants to make changes to their business models. Mancos’ Absolute Bakery and Cafe is now open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week.
Kathryn Hermansky said Absolute Bakery and Cafe is doing its best to keep up with a situation that changes daily. Tuesday was the cafe’s first day of serving dinner.
Sanitation is key to operating a restaurant in this time, according to the Absolute Bakery and Cafe.
Zuma owner Kate Wall said staff are encouraging customers to spread their dollars around town by going to Fahrenheit for espresso and Absolute Bakery and Cafe for breakfast burritos.
