Seniors take their diplomas in drive-in commencement
Mancos High School graduation was Friday evening, starting with a livestreamed, car-based ceremony and followed by a parade through town.

Throughout the ceremony, speakers and students emphasized the importance of staying resilient, despite the challenges imposed by the coronavirus pandemic.
The procession through town was led by fire and law enforcement officials, along with the district’s retiring transportation director Sharon Crook in the school bus.
Hakayla Snow was this year’s salutatorian.
