As residents of the town, it's the residents' responsibility to keep properties and the adjacent right of ways trimmed. Grass and or weeds over 12 inches high should be trimmed from yards, and rights of way be kept clear for foot and vehicle traffic. Any vegetation blocking adjacent road signs is required to be trimmed, and corner lots should not screen oncoming traffic.
