4:12 p.m. Wooden fence posts were reported stolen in the 24000 block of County Road V.5. Game cameras caught a white Ford F-250 truck with a wire mesh cage involved in the theft.

3:57 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of menacing in the 6600 block of County Road 25. He admitted to making verbal threats against a man, who then swung a bike pump at him.

10:57 a.m. A male inmate was served a warrant for aggravated assault at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
Saturday, Jan. 16
6:12 p.m. Harassment was reported in the 6800 block of County Road 24.2. An investigation revealed no evidence of a crime.
10:40 p.m. A male inmate was cited on suspicion of third-degree assault at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St. The man was caught on video surveillance punching another man.
Sunday, Jan. 17
8:59 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se and failure to obey traffic signals in the 7000 block of County Road G. He allegedly ran a stop sign and caused a crash.

9:24 a.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 16800 block of County Road EE.
9:30 a.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 16000 block of County Road N.
10:55 a.m. A 1999 full-size, green Dodge pickup was reported stolen in the 40800 block of County Road H.
Wednesday, Jan. 20
2:04 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of driving without a valid license and speeding 20-24 mph over the limit in the 12000 block of Highway 491.
Thursday, Jan. 21
12:48 p.m. Two chain saws were stolen from the back of a work truck in the 2200 block of Hawkins Street.
Friday, Jan. 22
10:37 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of weaving and driving with a canceled license in the 3000 block of U.S. Highway 160.
Monday, Jan. 25
11:35 a.m. Windows were broken out of a vehicle in the 2500 block of East Main Street.
4:47 p.m. A vehicle slid off the road and the driver was suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol in the 10400 block of County Road 29. Colorado State Patrol took over the investigation.
