Perseverance rover making discoveries each day
This March 4 file photo made available by NASA was taken during the first drive of the Perseverance rover on Mars. The Perseverance rover has been on Mars for a month, collecting data and making discoveries with each passing day.
In this 2018 photo, Navajo Nation Vice President Jonathan Nez discusses the importance of a treaty signed in 1868 between his tribe and the U.S. government during a news conference in Albuquerque. Nez, along with Vice President Myron Lizer and other advisers, came up with words from things they saw at the landing site.
