Charging fraud, H. L. Whipple a Mancos prospector, has filed an action in district court for one-fourth interest in the 22 claims comprising the rich Red Arrow gold mining properties. Defendants are the Red Arrow Gold Corporation and Charlie Starr. Many thousands of dollars worth of gold has been taken out of the Red Arrow tunnel.
