The officer asked which vehicle struck the man and was told none. The man apparently was shoved out of a vehicle. When the male got up, he was dazed. The officer asked what happened and the man held up his middle finger and shouted profanities at the officer and said that he “ain’t no snitch.” Medics arrived on scene and transported the man to the hospital. When a family member arrived at the hospital, the officer was able to figure out that the man was likely in the car and the man attempted to hit the females in the car with a glass beer bottle. That is when they stopped the vehicle and pushed the man out of the car to get away from him, according to the family member. When the man was questioned again at the hospital, he continued to yell obscenities and held up both middle fingers. The man continued to tell the officer that there was no one driving the vehicle and that he would not discuss the events that led to him lying in the middle of the road covered in blood. When the officer asked if the man was drinking he said he shared a 30 pack of Bud Light. The man was only 20 years old and was issued a summons for underage consumption of alcohol and left in the custody of the hospital staff and his relative.
