There will be a puppet-making workshop with Kate O’Kami (puppeteer) after her performance on Wednesday, June 10, in the Cortez Public Library conference room.
The workshop will begin about 3:45 p.m. and is limited to 30 participants who are first- and second-graders (entering or leaving the grade). The children will make their own puppet and learn how to work with it too.
You may either sign up at the library or call 970-565-8117 and ask a staff member to add you to the list. The library is located at 202 N. Park St. This workshop is brought to you at no charge by Golden Dreams under Onward!, a Legacy Foundation.
