1:45 a.m. Police responded to Angel’s End Zone Sports Bar in reference to a man with a gun. Some 45 minutes later, the male was found sleeping behind the National 9. After a struggle, the man was arrested and charged with two weapons offenses for possessing a silver .22 caliber pistol.

7:34 p.m. A Utah woman was arrested for DUI after weaving on County Road G.

Sunday, June 28

1:43 a.m. A 20-year-old male, 18-year-old male and 16-year-old female were ticketed for underage consumption on the 100 block of S. Maple Street.

11:35 a.m. A man was arrested for violating a no alcohol court order on the 200 block of E. Main Street.

Monday, June 29

9:03 a.m. Construction crews reported manhole covers and valve boxes were stolen from a South Broadway sewer line project. Total loses were valued at $1,600.

11:45 a.m. Police ticketed a woman on the 300 block of S. Beech Street for unlicensed dogs, dogs running at large and yard violations.

2:02 p.m. Police assisted after a stabbing victim attempted to assault hospital employees with a rock. The man was ticketed for disturbing the peace and given a ride to Towaoc.

4:23 p.m. Police responded to City Park in reference to a threat. A man was ticketed for disturbing the peace.

11:22 p.m. Police found an unconscious woman in Centennial Park. She was arrested for violating a no-alcohol court order.

11:36 p.m. Police responded to McDonald’s for an intoxicated subject. A man was arrested for violating a no-alcohol court order.

Wednesday, July 1

4:23 a.m. Police responded to Oak Meadows Trailer Park in reference to a cat that was attacked by two dogs. The cat was euthanized. About 45 minutes later, police returned to the trailer park after dogs attacked another cat. The second cat was also euthanized. Two dogs were captured and taken to the animal shelter.

1:42 p.m. Police responded to Walmart for a shoplifting. Merchandise valued at $1,352 was returned. A man was arrested. A woman fled the scene, but left her purse behind.

6:55 p.m. Police found a man unconscious and bleeding in a women’s restroom at City Park. He was treated at the hospital. Another man was arrested at Centennial Park and charged with assault.

9:51 p.m. Police responded to Wendy’s for an intoxicated male. The man was arrested for violating bond conditions and obstruction.
