A discussion of legal issues for business, agricultural and property interests as a result of the Gold King Mine spill will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the Animas Room at the DoubleTree Hotel. The discussion will be led by environmental litigation specialist Tom Alleman of the Dykema Cox Smith law firm, whose partner, Mark Walker, is a member of the Durango community. This will be an informal discussion of rights and remedies for affected interests.
