“Stop Common Core” is the theme of a special public event on Oct. 24 at 6 p.m. at the Baymont Hotel in Cortez.
Speaker Anita Stapleton’s presentation will address Common Core and why it concerns you and your children and grandkids and will include time for questions and answers.
All are welcome, and free child care for children up to age 5 will be provided at the hotel.
