People say the Lord works in mysterious ways, and one of those includes spreading Christian messages from a small church in Cortez to faithful throughout the world.
Stuart and Liliana Hanold plan to do just that when they launch the Faith and Prophecy Internet channel from their small studio at Cortez Family Worship Center Foursquare Church and Vida En Victoria Spanish Church.
Faith and Prophecy is listed on XPMedia.com, an online network that hosts channels featuring ministries, businesses, organizations, and entertainment entities that uphold Christian values.
Examples of other channels on XPMedia.com include XP Meet Jesus, Prophetic Arrow Ministries, Divine Inheritance, Xtreme Teens TV, Revival Culture and Kingdom Reality.
The Faith and Prophecy channel will enable Cortez Family Worship Center to preach the good news of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit to a lost, discouraged, hurting world, according to Pastor Stuart Hanold.
Its to build up peoples faith in God and to help and encourage them in their daily lives, he said about programs that will broadcast on Faith and Prophecy.
About two years ago, the Lord told Liliana Hanold that Cortez Family Worship Center would have a worldwide channel in Cortez, and ever since then, the doors have been opening, according to Stuart Hanold.
Stuart Hanold already co-hosts the Freddy Hall TV Show every other week on channel 32.1 from Dove Creek TV. Spanish worship services are broadcast from 7:45 to 8:45 a.m., and the English services are broadcast from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. every Sunday morning on Dove Creek TV.
Based in Maricopa, Ariz., XPMedia is anchored to renowned Christian minister Patricia King. Stuart Hanold said that in early March, Liliana attended a conference in Phoenix, and King gave Liliana a certificate for access to XPMedia.com.
Messages on Faith and Prophecy will be based on the Bible, Stuart Hanold said.
Essentially its either Bible teachings or whats called prophetic words, he said.
Using a studio that the church can set up on its stage, Cortez Family Worship Center will create new programming for Faith and Prophecy, Stuart Hanold said.
XPMedia.com recommends 10- to 15-minute vignettes, Hanold said. The Faith and Prophecy channel can include 20 to 30 programs, and Cortez Family Worship Center can rotate new programs in and out of the channel.
Stuart Hanold said most of the vignettes that Cortez Family Worship Center broadcasts on Faith and Prophecy will feature him and Liliana primarily, along with some other church members. The new Internet channel will give Cortez Family Worship Center the opportunity to reach audiences throughout the world.
It could be anybody, anywhere, Hanold said. Typically more than likely it will be Christians who are familiar with Patricia King.
With a congregation of about 130 people, Foursquare will reach far beyond the walls of its church at 500 N. Washington St., Cortez, when Faith and Prophecy launches.
God is moving, Stuart Hanold said. Were excited about everything hes doing. We want to be ambassadors out there for Cortez and the Four Corners.
