Mercy Nutrition Therapy and The Garden Project of Southwest Colorado invite the public to attend “Square Foot Gardening,” a free educational workshop, on Wednesday, May 11, at 5:30 p.m., at the Ohana Kuleana Community Garden, 564 E. 30th St., in Durango.
The Garden Project’s Garden coordinator, Brooke Frazer, will provide hands-on training to help prepare, plant and grow your own small garden. She will discuss key gardening elements, such as soil health, seed selection, garden design and climate information.
