The Dolores Bears baseball team scored eight runs in the first two innings and never looked back en route to an 8-1 win at Bayfield (1-4) on Saturday afternoon.
Dolores (4-3) got two hits and 4 RBIs from senior shortstop Tyler Underwood, and senior pitcher Austin McCracken pitched a complete game with 10 strike outs, only giving up two hits and one run. McCracken also hit 2-for-4 and sophomore Kolton Shull was 2-for-4 as well.
Dolores will be at Farmington, N.M., on Tuesday, April 5, when they take on the Farmington High School junior varsity team at 2 p.m.
