Thank you to the community for your honoring my husband, Bill. Death seems so final, but the warmth of our friendships here and the comments from many of you who knew him as their accountant, helps me to know that he does live on here.

Thank you for your cards and notes which let me know of your fondness for Bill. Also, I thank those who sent flowers and money for scholarships. I do appreciate your kind expressions of sympathy.

The Rotary Club deserves praise for the great display of fireworks that Bill loved to help with every year. Bill had perfect attendance at Rotary Club — going to meetings even when we were vacationing. This year — with a tribute to “Hutch” in a ground display for the 4th — was so great and contributed by Jim Burnett of Oklahoma. He furnished them all these years.

Your expressions of sympathy were so appreciated and helpful to me.
