Brandon Gene Hackett, 28, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of driving under restraint. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with suspended imposition. He was also ordered to pay fines and costs in the amount of $794.50, and must perform 72 hours of community service, to be completed by Jan. 29, 2012. Jail time is suspended, conditional on completing useful public service and payment of fine.
David Michael Robedda, 32, of Mancos, pleaded guilty to one count of driving under restraint alcohol-related. He received a deferred sentence of 12 months, and was ordered to pay $324.50 in fines and costs. Defendant must violate no laws, traffic or criminal and must keep his address current with the court. Defendant was also ordered to obtain a valid drivers license within 12 months and provide evidence to the court.
Nicole Hill, 20, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of driving under restraint, and was sentenced to 4 days in jail with one day credit for time served. She was also ordered to pay $214.50 in fines and costs.
WEDNESDAY, AUG. 3
Jolene Lapahie, 23, of Farmington, N.M., pleaded guilty to one count of careless driving resulting in injury and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, to report on August 7, 2011. She was also ordered to pay $120.50 in fines and costs.
Stephanie M. Quezada, 22, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of ownership/possession of dogs not under control. She was ordered to pay $88.50 in fines and costs.
James M. Feige, 49, of Mancos, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment strike/shove/kick. He was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, and ordered to pay $184.50 in fines and costs. Additionally, he was ordered to perform 48 hours of community service, to be completed by July 3, 2012.
