Kevin DesPlanques proudly shows his Best of Show ribbon from the recent Durango Autumn Art Festival. The Mancos resident was recognized in the Fine Craft/Sculpture category. He won $500 and free entry into next year’s show. DesPlanques will have his work on display at the Mancos Balloon Festival on Saturday. He said his next big show that he will participate in will be the One of a Kind Show in Chicago.
