Freckles is as cute as they come.A gorgeously-marked adult Bassett hound-heeler mix, she has a sweet disposition. She gets along great with other dogs, and also gets along with cats and kids. She would love a home where she can lie around in the sunshine and go on long walks in the park or in the country. She has been at the shelter way too long and desperately needs to find a home. Main St. The shelter is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and open every other Friday. The shelter will be closed this Friday for intensive cleaning. The shelter will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Saturday, April 16, for the spring adopt-a-thon, which will have dogs and cats available.
