Three people were sentenced last week in Montezuma County Court in connection with alcohol-related driving and assault offenses.
On Tuesday, Judge JenniLynn Lawrence sentenced Omar Brito to 65 days in jail in connection with a third DUI offense. He also will be required to serve 12 months of probation, pay a $600 fine and complete 75 hours of public service.
Also Tuesday, Lawrence sentenced Blair Silversmith to 75 days in jail in connection with a fourth DUI offense. He will also be required to serve 36 months probation and complete 120 hours of public service.
On Wednesday, Donald Fierro was sentenced to 18 months probation in connection with a third-degree assault offense.
