Clinton B. Sheley, 23, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of driving while ability impaired. This is defendants first DUI conviction. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with suspended imposition, and to 12 months of supervised probation. He was ordered to pay $876.60 in fines and costs, and must perform 24 hours of community service by Nov. 27, 2012. Defendant must attend and complete victim impact panel and provide proof of completion to the court. He also must attend Alive at 25, Level II education, and 42 hours of therapy, Track A. He must obtain a substance abuse evaluation and follow all recommendations of same, and must submit to random tests for drug and alcohol use. All standard conditions of probation apply, including no alcohol or illegal drug use. Defendant must follow all conditions of probation as a condition of suspended imposition of the jail term.
Colin Jerome Davis, 25, of Kayenta, Ariz., pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence. This is defendants first DUI conviction. He received a deferred sentence of 30 days in jail with suspended imposition, and was also sentenced to 12 months supervised deferred sentence with private probation. He was ordered to pay $705.50 in fines and costs, and must perform 24 hours of community service by Nov. 27, 2012. He must attend victim impact panel, Level II education, and 52 hours of therapy, Track B. Defendant must also submit to random tests for drug and alcohol use. All standard conditions of probation apply, including no alcohol or illegal drug use, and defendant was ordered to follow all conditions of probation. He must violate no laws traffic or criminal, and must keep his address current with the court.
WEDNESDAY, DEC. 28
Jim F. Adcock, 54, of Bayfield, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of under 2 ounces of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $431 in fines and costs.
Delvin D. Tsosie, 20, of Teec Nos Pos, Ariz., pleaded guilty to one count of driving without a valid drivers license and one count of driving without insurance. He received a deferred sentence of 12 months of unsupervised probation, and was ordered to pay $118.50 in fines and costs. He must violate no laws traffic or criminal, and must keep his address current with the court.
