psychologist I think it probably shouldnt be OK, but I do it all the time. I think it should be OK for emergency use, and I think hands-free is OK.

student I think its a huge hazard to everyone and texting is even worse. If anything, I think the Bluetooth devices are much safer.

barista I feel like it should be your choice. I feel eating and playing with your iPod is just as bad, so if talking on your phone is illegal then you should make those other things illegal.
