A pair of local students were recognized by Baylor University for making the fall deans list.
Brandon C. Blakeley of Cortez who is in the School of Engineering and Computer Science, and Lauren Alysse Houser, who is in the Hankamer School of Business earned spots on the Deans Academic Honor List for the 2011 fall semester.
Students must be an undergraduate with a minimum grade-point average of 3.7, while enrolled in a minimum of 12 semester hours to make the list.
Baylor is a private college located in Waco, Texas.
