Dustin Partridge’s Homemade Grain-Free Granola

Ingredients:1/2 cup diced almonds1/2 cup chopped cashews1/2 cup chopped pecans1/4 cup dried coconut flakes1/4 cup pumpkin seeds1/4 cup currants1/4 cup cranberries2 tbs cinnamon1/3 cup honey or maple syrupMethod:Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place nuts, seeds, coconut and cinnamon on baking sheet. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Stir. Cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from oven.
Stir in maple syrup or honey. Add berries and allow to cool.
