Sarah A. Harris, 19, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment strike/shove/kick. She received a deferred sentence of 12 months supervised state probation, and was ordered to pay $861 in fines and costs. She must complete 48 hours of useful public service/community service by June 30, 2012. Defendant must obtain an anger management evaluation and follow all recommendations. All standard conditions of probation apply, including no alcohol or illegal drug use. Defendant must follow all conditions of probation. She must violation no laws traffic or criminal, and must keep her address current with the court.
Farley Calvert, 34, of Cortez, pleaded no contest to one count of 3rd degree assault knowingly/recklessly causing injury. He was sentenced to 70 days in jail with 57 days credit for time served. Defendant was ordered to pay $313 in fines and costs. He shall not contract any financial obligations without approval of his probation officer and/or collections investigator. Defendant must clear up his Arizona matter, with possible extradition.
Maurice Austin Nat, 19, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of 3rd degree assault knowingly/recklessly causing injury. He received 30 days credit for time served and was ordered to pay $997.50 in fines and costs. This case is consecutive with case number 12M6. Restitution has been ordered in the amount of $788.
Isaac G. Sanchez, 30, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of civil protection order violation. He was sentenced to five days in jail, to report on April 6. Defendant was also ordered to pay $276.50 in fines and costs.
Dave M. Sanders, 27, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of protection order violation. Defendant has been sentenced to the Department of Corrections. He was ordered to pay $209.50 in fines and costs in this matter.
Robert Shane Williams, 27, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of theft under $500. Defendant was sentenced to eight years in case number 11CR94. He was ordered to pay $209.50 in fines and costs in this matter.

Jaymie L. Lobato, 21, of Dolores, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment strike/shove/kick. She received a deferred sentence of 12 months unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $212.50 in fines and costs. She was ordered to violate no laws traffic or criminal, and must keep her address current with the court. Defendant was ordered to complete an anger management evaluation and to attend classes as recommended. She must perform 12 hours useful public service/community service by Feb. 28, 2013.
