About 75 percent of the foliage from Dolores to Lizard Head Pass has changed, making it a prime area for viewing. The area from Mancos to the La Plata Mountains is about 60 percent changed. The areas from Telluride to Ouray and Silverton/Red Mountain are about 75 percent changed. Anything over 50 percent is considered good for photography.
