Montezuma-Cortez High School had two baseball players named All-Southwestern League.
Senior Devin Fox (shortstop/pitcher) and junior Gerardo Martinez (first baseman/pitcher) were placed on the second team.
Fox, who has committed to play baseball at Otero Junior College in the fall, hit .379 to lead the Panthers. Fox also recorded 14 Runs Batted In and won two games pitching.
Martinez batted .333 and was the team leader in RBIs with 16.
Sean Rubalcaba, of Grand Junction, was named the 5A/4A SWL Player of the Year.
Landon Wareham, of Montrose, won Coach of the Year.
