Ryan J. Benally, 22, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $131 in fines and costs.
Tim P. McDowell, 49, of Cortez pleaded guilty to one count of protection order violation. He was sentenced to 4 days in jail, with one day credit for time served. Defendant was also ordered to pay $184.50 in fines and costs.
TUESDAY, JULY 3
Cody Domme, 24, of Mancos, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal mischief $500 to $1,000. He received a deferred sentence of 5 days in jail with 5 days credit for time served. Twelve months supervised deferred to be supervised by state probation. Restitution is open for 90 days. Defendant must also pay $853.50 in fines and costs. He must complete a drug and alcohol evaluation and provide proof to the court. He must also complete a domestic violence evaluation and treatment, and provide proof of completion to the court. All standard conditions of probation apply, including no alcohol or illegal drug use. Defendant must follow all conditions of probation. Case number 12CR38 is to run concurrent with case number 12CR3, with the exception of no deferred judgment with the violation of bail bond case number 12CR38.

THURSDAY, JULY 5
Ralf Hunt, 63, of Teec Nos Pos, Ariz., pleaded guilty to one count of speeding 10 to 19 miles over the speed limit. He was ordered to pay $195.50 in fines and costs.
Kristin D. Morgal, 21, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces. She was ordered to pay $431 in fines and costs.
Robert Wayne Walters, 21, of Williston, N.D., pleaded guilty to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $131 in fines and costs.
Jasmine Myrick, 18, of Towaoc, pleaded guilty to one count of underage possession of alcohol. She received a deferred sentence of 12 months unsupervised probation. She was ordered to pay $56 in fines and costs, and must violate no laws traffic or criminal. Defendant was ordered to obtain an alcohol evaluation and follow all recommendations, and to file proof with the court within 30 days. She must also perform 24 hours of useful public service/community service by Jan. 5, 2013.
Jacob E. Wilson, 24, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces. He was ordered to pay $431 in fines and costs.
