A local resident has earned honors at Cooley Law School in Lansing, Mich. Keenen Lovett, of Cortez, made the Deans List and the Honor Roll during winter term at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. In a previous term, he earned a Certificate of Merit in Criminal Law. The Thomas M. Cooley Law School is a private, nonprofit, independent law school accredited by the American Bar Association and the Higher Learning Commission. The school was founded in 1972.
