Dear Editor:



I am writing to give my unconditional, 100 percent support of the Dolores Public Schools attempt to secure the 3C bond to improve their schools. I have been working at the Dolores Visitor’s Center for many, many years and it has been my experience that the No. 1 question people ask when inquiring about our community to possibly move here is this, “How are the Dolores Schools?”

So with great pride in the town of Dolores and our top flight schools, I tell them we have a great school system and dedicated teachers. So I am asking everybody who is eligible to get out and vote YES on the 3C bond issue. So I have seen firsthand how this slogan is true: Strong Schools, means a Strong Community.
