Editor:
I read todays Journal and got a kick out of reading Paul Gleasons letter, asking why Willson Bloch would not want to vote for Mitt Romney. Well, I just voted proudly for President Obama for a couple of reasons.
First, when he came into office, he had to deal with an economy and a housing situation in the toilet, in addition to two wars. He got us out of one war, killed Osama Bin Laden, and were slowly ending the second war.
Instead of losing jobs, were creating jobs every month, not as many as wed like, but it beats losing jobs. Guess how much more could have been accomplished if the Republicans in the House had been more concerned with working with the president in creating more jobs and working on the deficit. Instead their major concern was/is to defeat the president.
In addition, I want my daughter to decide what to do with her reproductive organs, not some government entity.
Lastly, I dont want to see any more conservative judges on the Supreme Court, I want to see judges who are moderate and dont take the country back 50 or more years.
